Through the fit questionnaire, and only if you submit it: the parent’s name, email address, contact number, the student’s age, your description of what you are seeing, whether she wants support, and whether you are seeking clinical care.

We do not collect payment information on this website. We do not build browsing profiles, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

To review whether the program may be a fit, reply to your request, invite you to a 30-minute enrollment call when appropriate, and communicate with you about enrollment. Your information is used for enrollment decisions and conversations and nothing else.

Enrollment calls and private sessions are not recorded — audio, video, or transcription — by the Academy, and no participant may record them. What your daughter says stays on paper, in her journal, where you can read it.

Submissions are stored in a secure cloud database. Access is restricted to the Academy. Information is encrypted in transit and is never displayed publicly.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers. We never add you to a marketing list without asking you first, and you can decline.

The only student information we hold is what you give us as her parent or guardian. It is used to assess fit and plan appropriate instruction. This website is written for parents; we do not collect information directly from children through it.

Enrollment requests are kept only as long as needed to complete the enrollment conversation. If your daughter enrolls, information needed to run her term is kept for that purpose. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about your family. Email hello@shemovesforwardacademy.com and we will act on your request within 30 days.

This website uses only the technical cookies needed to run. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date. If a change materially affects enrolled families, you will be told directly.
